About the file formats:
MP3 - Great for computers. A heavy download over the the phone network.
MP4/AAC - Quality similar to mp3 but at a much smaller file size. The best choice if your phone supports this format.
3GP/AAC - A fairly standard mobile format. Smaller than mp3 but again similar quality.
AMR - A format used by older Nokia phones in particular. Low quality but very small file size.
